Around twenty young people aged 18 to 30 actively participate in the organization’s work, along with a significant number of volunteers engaged as needed by specific projects.

In addition to independently designing and implementing projects, „RES POLIS“ also contributes to the activities of other similar organizations. The Center is committed to improving the living conditions of young people in Vojvodina and the surrounding region, fostering civic awareness, and strengthening civil society. Through our activities, we aim to bring about substantive societal change, build new social and youth values, and promote healthy and prosperous ideas. Our intention is to contribute to the empowerment of society through informal education and the promotion of true values.

„RES POLIS“ strives to motivate citizens, develop cultural, sports, social, and academic awareness, and promote informal education among the youth. Our primary goal is to promote youth policy, raise awareness about the issues and needs of young people, establish international and interregional cooperation, and increase initiatives for youth mobility. The organization places particular emphasis on projects related to ecology and sustainable development. Throughout its work, „RES POLIS“ has carried out activities with the support of various state and public institutions, including ministries, provincial secretariats, local governments, and public enterprises. In addition to its independent activities, the association participates in numerous collaborations with other NGOs, youth offices, student parliaments, and youth branches of political parties. These joint efforts have resulted in long-lasting and successful partnerships, fostering valuable cooperation across the region and in several countries.
