Final Conference of the project “Sharing Design Your Job in 📍Riga, Latvia, on January 26, 2024.

“Sharing Design Your Job” is a project supported by the European Union through the ERASMUS+ program. The main goal of the project is to improve the developed ICT educational programs and create complementarity with the needs of the labor market through increasing the capacity of the partners and the target group of the project.

The goal of the conference is to address the adequacy of current formal education in providing practical IT skills, to encourage cooperation between educational institutions and companies in solving the problem of unemployment, especially among young people, and to ensure new educational approaches and support for retraining in the digital field.

The conference will feature experts and industry leaders, policy makers and young people from Latvia and representatives of various European countries, discussing the future implications of artificial intelligence, youth expectations in education and the role of social media in the public sector.
